Terms & Conditions

We provide graphology (handwriting and signature analysis) and handwriting coaching services, delivered remotely over WhatsApp, email and online video calls. Our plans are:

• Essential (₹2,999) — a signature or handwriting analysis with a written report, delivered within 5 business days.
• Deep Dive (₹4,999) — a comprehensive handwriting and signature analysis with an online video consultation, delivered within 7 business days.
• Premium (₹9,999) — Everything in deep dive with priority 48-hour delivery, 2 video calls a week, plus 1 month of daily check-ins and growth roadmap.
• Transformation Mastery (₹19,999) — everything in Premium, plus 120 days of structured coaching and weekly accountability check-ins.

The exact inclusions of each plan are listed in the Plans section of the Website at the time of purchase. Analysis, reports, consultations and coaching are delivered digitally. Premium and Transformation Mastery also include practice material, which we send by courier to the delivery address you give at checkout; the other plans involve no physical goods.

Graphology is offered as a tool for self-understanding, personal development and communication. Readings reflect our professional interpretation of the sample you provide and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice, and must not be used to diagnose any condition. We do not predict the future. If you are experiencing distress, please contact a qualified professional.

Readings are not intended for use in hiring, admission, legal or other decisions about a third party without that person's informed consent.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase a plan. Coaching for children must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for the child's participation.

If you buy a plan for someone else, you confirm that they have agreed to be contacted by us on the WhatsApp number you provide, and to share their handwriting sample with us.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Each plan is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay) using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your full card, bank or UPI credentials. Your use of the gateway is also subject to its own terms.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.

An order is confirmed only when the payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or reverse an order in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or a technical fault, in which case any amount charged is refunded in full.

After payment, we contact you on the WhatsApp number you provide with instructions and a sample script to copy by hand. Delivery timelines are counted in business days from the day we receive a complete, legible handwriting sample, not from the day of payment. Full details are in our Service Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for giving a correct WhatsApp number, email address and delivery address, and for responding to our messages. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact or address details, an unreadable sample, or a lack of response.

You agree to:

• provide only your own handwriting, or handwriting you have the owner's permission to share;
• not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights;
• not misuse the Website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or interfere with its operation;
• treat us with courtesy during calls and messages — we may end a session that becomes abusive.

All plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased, except for failed, duplicate or erroneous charges as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the Website — text, design, graphics and logos — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Reports, worksheets and other materials we prepare for you are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own report with anyone you choose, but you may not resell or republish our materials.

We handle your personal data, including your handwriting sample, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never publish your handwriting or use it as an example without your written consent.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our services, or from any decision you make based on a reading.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, internet or platform outages, or government action. In such cases we will resume delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion by writing to support@kamleshgraphologist.com. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. The Terms in force on the date of your purchase apply to that purchase.
