Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your reading:

• Contact details — your name, email address and WhatsApp number (and those of the person you are buying for, if applicable).
• Delivery address — the postal address you enter at checkout (PIN code, city, state and address lines). We ask for it on every order, and use it only to courier practice material for the plans that include it (Premium and Transformation Mastery).
• Order details — the plan you bought, the amount, and the payment status and reference returned by the payment gateway.
• Your handwriting and signature samples, and any information you choose to share with us during messages or calls.
• Technical data — your IP address and browser type, which our servers and hosting provider record to keep the Website running and to protect checkout from abuse.

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. These are entered directly on the payment gateway's secure page.

• To process your payment and send you a receipt.
• To contact you on WhatsApp and email about your order, and to deliver your report, calls and coaching.
• To courier practice material to your delivery address, if your plan includes it.
• To prepare your handwriting analysis.
• To respond to your questions, requests and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

By submitting your details and completing a purchase, you consent to our processing of your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this will not affect processing already carried out, but we may be unable to continue delivering your service.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Payment gateway (such as Razorpay) — to process your payment securely.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — to message you and receive your handwriting sample.
• Email and hosting providers — to send receipts and run the Website and its database.
• Courier companies — your name, delivery address and phone number, only when your plan includes material sent by courier.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a government authority. Your handwriting sample and report are never published or used as examples without your written consent.

The Website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our payment gateway (Razorpay) may set its own cookies inside its secure payment window to process your payment and prevent fraud. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

We keep your handwriting sample and report, so we can answer follow-up questions. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require (generally 8 years).

We use reasonable security practices to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.

You have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf;
• raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@kamleshgraphologist.com. We respond within 30 days.

We do not knowingly collect data from children except for handwriting coaching purchased by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child's details and consents on their behalf. Data about children is used only to deliver that coaching.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Website.
