Service Delivery Policy

• You receive a payment confirmation by email immediately after a successful payment.
• Kamlesh contacts you on the WhatsApp number given at checkout, usually within 1 business day, with a sample script to copy by hand.
• You send back a photo of your handwriting and signature on WhatsApp.
• Your written report is delivered on WhatsApp (and by email on request). Consultations and coaching sessions take place over WhatsApp or an online video call.

Timelines are counted in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the day we receive a complete, legible handwriting sample:

• Essential — within 5 business days.
• Deep Dive — within 7 business days, with the video consultation scheduled after the report.
• Premium — report within 48 hours; calls and daily check-ins run for 1 month.
• Transformation Mastery — coaching runs for 120 days from your first session.

Premium and Transformation Mastery include practice material for your coaching. We send it by courier to the delivery address you give at checkout (India only) and share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp once it has been dispatched. The other plans involve no physical goods.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If the material has not arrived, or arrives damaged, write to support@kamleshgraphologist.com with your name and payment reference.

Please send your sample within 6 months of payment. Calls and coaching sessions are scheduled at a mutually convenient time; missed sessions without 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.

If you have not been contacted on WhatsApp within 2 business days of payment, or your report is past its delivery date, write to support@kamleshgraphologist.com with your name and payment reference and we will sort it out promptly.
