Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated

This policy applies to every plan purchased on kamleshgraphologist.com from Kamlesh Gidwani, trading as "Kamlesh, Graphologist". Please read it, the plan details and the FAQ carefully before you pay. By completing payment you acknowledge and accept this policy.

No refunds

All plans are sold on a non-refundable basis. Once a plan is purchased, no refund — full or partial — will be issued, whether or not your handwriting sample has been sent or the analysis has started.

This is because each reading is personal and prepared individually for you, and time is set aside for it as soon as your payment is confirmed.

No cancellations

A purchased plan cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to send your sample straight away, you may send it later — your plan stays valid for 6 months from the date of payment.

If you bought a plan for someone else, it cannot be cancelled or transferred to a different person once they have been contacted.

Failed, duplicate or erroneous payments

The only exceptions to this policy are payment errors. You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • your account was debited but the payment failed or no order confirmation was sent;
  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, for reasons on our side.

To request one, write to support@kamleshgraphologist.com within 30 days with your name, the date and amount of the payment, and the transaction or UPI reference.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of verification and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days. We cannot refund to a different account or payment method.

If your reading is delayed

If we miss a delivery timeline in our Service Delivery Policy, please write to us. We will prioritise your reading and keep you updated; a delay on its own does not make a plan refundable, unless we are unable to deliver it at all.
